Comment | sightseeing photo log this eye has a disciform scar on a stalk large cyst -40 to 1182 has isolated cells, clumped material. not obvious what makes the reflectivity in the OCT -3283 macrophage in inferior wall of nasally located cyst -3500 (RPE Other) RPE with few granules; maybe just visible by LW-AF & SW-AF -900 lipid globule at base of scar, with lymphocytic inflitration 900 cells at top of very large cyst; this was full of reflective material by OCT; cells on interior lumenal wall are cones with Henle fibers 200 cells at bottom of very large cyst, with particulate matter in fluid 200 cell at side of very large cyst, with particulate matter in fluid (alternate) 1100 cell resembling macrophage in cyst interior 900 cells at top of very large cyst; cells on interior lumenal wall are cones with Henle fibers (alternate) 900 cells at top of very large cyst; cells on interior lumenal wall are cones with Henle fibers (alternate) 1500 macrophages with lipid atop scar (alternate) 3200 RPE with few granules; maybe just visible by LW-AF & SW-AF worth delving inferior to the disk in this eye to see pigmented/ AF RPE return -1500 Subretinal scar has many lipid globules 1500 tubulation is gravity well 1500-3000 RPE reflected onto the back of the stalk 09-24-14 ez review RPE BLamD for new RPE grading system |
